GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE CONSUMER AND/OR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER

ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY

3.1 The Client must provide all necessary information to ensure delivery. In case of an appointment, they agree to be present. Delivery charges will be billed according to the instructions on the order form..

3.2 The products must be received by the Client on the day of delivery. If the delivery fails, a new delivery will be charged..

3.3 If the products are not received within 30 days, they will be returned to COULEURS D’ARGENCE and will remain with the latter.

3.5 Delivery times :

  • Delivery from stock completed in the shortest possible time.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE – MEDIATION
