🎨 Troweled elastomeric facade coating for use in facade waterproofing systems. Its medium grain size provides a decorative troweled appearance while enhancing substrate protection. Suitable for vertical walls not exposed to rising damp, it is applied to compliant substrates (concrete, hydraulic renders) that have been pre-treated in a complete system. Its siloxane formulation ensures excellent weather resistance and increased durability. It accommodates substrate movement and contributes to crack resistance in systems classified I1 to I4. Waterproof against rainwater while remaining permeable to water vapor, it guarantees effective and long-lasting facade protection. Velvety matte finish. CE marked. Maestria quality.
