High-resistance, solvent-based siloxane water repellent for facades

🎨 Solvent-based siloxane water repellent for protecting interior and exterior walls and facades. It penetrates deeply into porous materials to create a long-lasting hydrophobic effect, limiting water absorption while maintaining vapor permeability. It effectively protects surfaces against damage caused by rainwater, frost, and freeze/thaw cycles. Its high-resistance formula helps prevent efflorescence and surface soiling. After curing (minimum 6 months), it can be coated with compatible organic paints, although its water-repellent effect will then be neutralized. Satin matte finish. Maestria quality.

Apply to clean, dry, and absorbent surfaces. The product must penetrate deeply to ensure its effectiveness. Apply until saturated without forming a surface film. 🎨
