It effectively prepares roofing substrates before applying the thermo-reflective coating. It ensures excellent adhesion to common materials such as bituminous waterproofing membranes or fiber cement. It also plays a crucial role as a stain blocker (for tannins, moisture, and bitumen migration), guaranteeing the durability and performance of the final system. Its rapid drying time facilitates on-site application.
